Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings made through the Innvii platform:

1. Before Payment and Booking Confirmation:
   The request may be cancelled without any cancellation fees.

2. After Payment and Booking Confirmation:

   • If cancelled 7 days or more before the scheduled vehicle pickup time: The booking amount will be fully refunded with no cancellation fees.

   • If cancelled 3 to 6 days before the scheduled pickup time: 25% of the booking value will be deducted.

   • If cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time or on the same day of pickup: 50% of the booking value will be deducted.

3. Cancellation by the Vehicle Owner:
   If the vehicle cannot be provided due to a breakdown, accident, or any other reason preventing its delivery, the renter may choose either:

   • A full refund of the amount paid; or

   • Transfer to another available vehicle, with any price difference adjusted accordingly.

4. Early Vehicle Return:
   If the renter returns the vehicle before the scheduled end date of the booking, no refund will be provided for the unused rental days.

5. Refundable Deposit:
   Cancellation fees do not apply to the refundable deposit. Any applicable cancellation fees are calculated based on the booking value only.
