Booking Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Payment and Booking Confirmation
If the renter cancels the booking request before completing the payment and confirming the reservation, the request will be cancelled free of charge, as a booking is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully completed through the application.

2. Cancellation After Payment and Booking Confirmation
Once the renter completes the booking process and pays the required amount through the application, the booking shall be considered confirmed and binding on both parties, and the completion of payment constitutes the renter’s explicit acceptance of the applicable Terms & Conditions and this Cancellation Policy.

Accordingly, the requested vehicle will be reserved on the system for the specified rental period, preventing it from being available for other booking requests during the same period.

Cancellation fees shall be calculated based on the Rental Request Value only, and not on the total amount paid which may include the refundable security deposit, delivery fees, or any additional charges.

If the renter requests to cancel the booking after payment and confirmation, the following cancellation fees shall apply:

If the cancellation request is made 7 days or more before the scheduled vehicle pick-up date, 20% of the Rental Request Value will be deducted as an administrative fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the renter.

If the cancellation request is made between 3 to 6 days before the scheduled vehicle pick-up date, 40% of the Rental Request Value will be deducted.

If the cancellation request is made less than 72 hours before the scheduled vehicle pick-up date, 60% of the Rental Request Value will be deducted.

If the renter fails to collect the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior cancellation (No Show), 80% of the Rental Request Value will be deducted.

These cancellation fees are considered pre-agreed compensation for reserving the vehicle and preventing it from being rented to other customers during the reserved period, and such fees shall accrue to the company.

3. Cancellation After Vehicle Pickup
Once the renter has received the vehicle and the rental period has commenced, the booking cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, and the renter shall not be entitled to any refund for the unused portion of the rental period.

4. Cancellation by the Company
The company reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances beyond its control, such as unexpected mechanical issues or emergency situations. In such cases, the full amount paid by the renter will be refunded using the same payment method, with no further liability on the company.
