Innvii  provides an online platform intended to facilitate contact (here in after referred to as, the “Service” or “Services”) between, firstly, the individuals or legal entities who would like to rent out a car without a driver (“Car Owner” or “Owner”) and, secondly, the individuals who would like to rent a car for a short period of time as the main driver (“renter”) (car Owner and renter here in after each and collectively also referred to as “User”, “Users” or “you/your”). These Services are accessible via the Internet  website  through the following UR

 (the “Website”) and/or as a mobile application entitled ‘Innvii’ (the “App”).

The Services are described extensively in the Innvii Terms of Service.

 

Innvii is responsible for the processing of your Personal Data that are collected through your use of our Service and Website. This means that Innvii  is notably in charge of their collection, their safety and their use for the purposes that Innvii details in its privacy policy in compliance with the data protection rules. By using our Services and (where applicable) by registering as a User, you consent to such processing and you warrant the accuracy of all data provided by you.

 What is Personal Data?

To make it simple “Personal Data” covers any information relating to you as a natural person, such as your name, your address, your phone number or your email address.

 What data does Innvii use?

Innvii collects and uses different  set of data to provide you its Service and improve your experience on its Website. These data can be personal or not.

Server-Log-Files

Innvii uses log data that are automatically collected and stored by Innvii  in so-called Server-Log-Files that your browser transfers to us.

Innvii will store these data through cookies for 13 months and will there after delete them.

App Data

Additionally, Innvii collects and stores the following data when you are using our App

 (“App Data”):

User-ID, Android device ID or iOS IDFA, IP-address, country code, language, device name, name of the operating system and version, ...

Innvii uses these App Data only for statistical evaluation for the purpose of operating, security and optimizing the Services. Innvii  here by reserves the right to save and use these App Data afterwards if particular indications for an illegal use of borrowed/lent cars and/or of our Services become apparent to us.

Sign-Up Data

To provide you with our Service, Innvii needs to collect some information about you.

When signing up for the Service and creating a user account, you submit the following information about your own Personal Data (“Sign-Up Data”):

First and last name, email address, password, profile picture (optional), ...

Innvii will collect, process and use the Sign-Up Data for the purpose of providing the Service to each User.

Owner Data

In case you want to lend out your car to other Users you additionally submit to the Sign-Up Data (or if applicable the Renter Data) the following information (“Owner Data”):

Car type and brand, details about the car (such as number of seats and doors), country and year of first registration, address of the parking location, phone number, ...

Innvii will collect, process and use the Owner Data for the purpose of providing the Service to each User as Owner.

Renter  Data

In case you want to rent any User’s car you additionally to the Sign-Up Data (or if applicable the Owner Data) submit the following information

(“Renter Data”):

Number of driver’s license, first issuance date, country of issuance, date and place of birth, address (street, number, city and postal code), country of residence, phone number, ...

Innvii will collect, process and use the Renter Data for the purpose of providing the Service to each User as Renter.

Payment Data

Additionally, to your Sign-Up, Owner and/or Renter Data you additionally shall provide the following payment data for the purpose of making the car reservation and of receiving payments for the Service:

Bank account owner, IBAN, credit/debit card information, Innvii account password, ...

Innvii, through the services of the payment providers, will collect, process and use the Payment Data for the purpose of providing the Service and payment services to each User, being specified that part of the credit/debit card number will be hashed during its display or storage. The Payment data will be processed by our payment provider according to the highest safety measures applicable in the e-commerce sector.

All credit/debit card details, bank account number, IBAN and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

Notably, the transaction will be made through secured and encrypted process according to the state of art.

Public Data

For the purpose of the use of the Service, Innvii will display certain of your Personal Data that you decide to make public on the Website and/or App

(“Public Data”):

First name and first letter of last name, full last name (optional), profile picture (optional), number of borrowings and rating/evaluation(s) by other users

(if applicable), ...

Innvii will collect, process and use the Public Data for the purpose of providing the Service to each User and connecting the users to each other by displaying these data on the Website and/or App.

Advertisement  Data

Some of the advertise ments you see on the Website are selected and delivered by third parties, such as ad networks, advertising agencies, advertisers, and audience segment providers. These third parties may collect information about you and your online activities, either on the Website or on other websites, through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies in an effort to understand your interests and deliver to you advertisements that are tailored to your interests. Please remember that we do not have access to, or control over, the information these third parties may collect. How long your Personal Data are stored?

Your personal data, bank account information, credit/debit cards, etc., are kept as long you are having an account with Innvii. We only keep your personal data for sole performance of our Services.

Log data are stored for 13 months for our statistical needs and are thereafter deleted.

What happens to your Personal Data after membership termination?

Upon request from you (by writing to us at: Innvii 12 /38 el shatr el sabeh  zahraa El Maadi. Cairo, Egypt) we will deactivate your account in a month and render your personal information unusable as soon as reasonably possible, in accordance with applicable law.

We do archive personal information from closed accounts in accordance with rules applicable to the protection of your data only in order to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, collect any fees remaining due, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Service, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law.

Does Innvii share your data with third parties?

Innvii will only share your Personal Data with third parties if this is legally required and/or if Innvii has your express permission to do it.

Innvii is entitled to share Personal Data with its own service providers notably to carry out services and actions by order and for Innvii, like for example to let the software run on the platform of remote servers, carry out and settle up payment processes for offered products or services, carry out technical checks to validate on the Website the good condition of vehicles or outsource certain Customer Relation and Claim Management actions.

Innvii shall be entitled to process and use the User’s log data that are automatically collected (Server Log-files) for the purpose of identifying, delimiting and removing malfunctions and errors in the telecommunication systems. If the requirements are met, Innvii may use log data that are necessary to uncover any unlawful use of the telecommunication systems and services. In accordance with prevailing legal provisions, Innvii may be required to provide information to criminal prosecution authorities and courts for prosecution purposes. In such situation, Innvii may not inform you about the disclosure of your Personal Data to authorized third parties.

What data security measures do we implement?

Innvii will store your data on servers, which are located in North America and managed by Amazon Web Services, Inc., (“Amazon”), which participates in the EU-US Privacy Shield framework regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information.

As Innvii is based in the Egyptian law and regulations will govern the processing of personal information we collect for the operation in Egypt .
